MEKA, INC. was formed specifically for two purposes: Development of Real Estate, and Consulting on, and management of, the development of Real Estate. Through MEKA, INC. and affiliated companies, we will develop environmentally sensitive communities throughout the southeastern United States. Additionally, MEKA, INC. directly or through affiliated entities, will provide consulting, program management and other development and construction related services for existing and proposed projects.

MEKA, INC. is dedicated to the identification, acquisition and development of properties where our customers can enjoy resort inspired lifestyles in neighborhoods with a high degree of exclusivity. We endeavor to ensure our development style is compatible with surrounding geographic areas and brings the area a degree of prosperity.

Currently, MEKA, INC. is focusing on community opportunities in the Southeastern United States with emphasis on:

:: CURRENT PROJECTS ::

Presently, MEKA, INC. is pursuing development of two communities. One is a premier waterfront community located on Clarks Hill Lake in Lincoln County, Georgia and a second prestigious mountain-view community located high in the mountains surrounding Cashiers, North Carolina. Both communities are currently planned to be gated and exclusive communities.
